The filter is working great! It’s a lovely addition to the kitchen sink/countertop. We especially love that we can get rid of our PUR water filter, the one that only holds 1 gallon at a time. Unlimited filtered water at our finger tips...just awesome! We also love the blue light that illuminates when running the water. Pretty cool!

Great product! Installed it 3 days ago and must say how pleased I am. Not like the other product that starts with a B. Waterdrop's water pressure coming out of the faucet is incredible, so much better. The true test will be 6 months from now, but with the construction of this, I'm optimistic.

All good, fast delivery and correct product

The RO filter is great. I hired a plumber to install it. However, had issues initializing the filter and the faucet light never lit up and the filter never got out of flushing mode. Called the support line and we narrowed it to a faulty chip in the faucet. The power to the faucet is disconnected and they said that they'll send me a replacement faucet and still waiting for that. Filter on the other hand works great. Sad to have received a faulty faucet on such an expensive product and that I have to install it myself.

Excellent customer service and more importantly, excellent product. Water readings are at safe levels, better than bottled water levels, each and every time.
